- Position Summary:_

Maintains buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Hours: 12AM-8AM, Monday to Friday

- Essential Functions:_- Maintains the facility and associated paperwork to meet AIB and other food safety standards.-
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums; may include hallways, stairs and office space within the distribution center.-
- Empties trash and garbage containers and cleans snow and debris from walkways.-
- Performs inspections of equipment and reports findings.-
- Mows lawn, trims shrubbery and cultivates flower.-
- May remove, charge, transport, and install hi-lo (forklift) batteries in the warehouse.-
- Performs other duties as assigned.- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:_- Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.-
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English-
- Ability to read and understand information on a Material Safety Data Sheet, and adhere to safety regulations and procedures-
- Ability to work independently and within team environment-
- Must be able to operate powered industrial vehicle (PIV), vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, gardening tools and other various types of equipment.-
- Must have basic computer skills utilizing windows based software.- #GFSCA
