ABOUT THE TEAM

The Campus team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional internship experience across all office locations. Serving as the primary point of contact for all campus-related inquiries and requests, the team plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and supporting intern talent. They lead brand awareness initiatives, coordinate year-round recruitment efforts across various teams, and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to retain top-performing interns and strengthen our future talent pipeline.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an Intern, Campus Experience Coordinator you’ll:
- Support the Campus team in key activities related to intern recruitment, onboarding, and experience enhancement- Assist in organizing and delivering events, initiatives, and communications that enrich the internship journey- Respond to daily requests from the Campus team and ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Master Tracker- Handle various administrative tasks related to Campus recruitment and internship programming- Contribute to special projects led by the HR Operations team or the Campus team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field- Ability to deal with HR Policies Ability to learn how to use new computer tools or systems- Ability to work as part of a team, in a spirit of cooperation, and maintain excellent interpersonal relations- Ability to manage several files at the same time without missing deadlines- Flexibility, adaptability and interest in being part of a growing organization- Experience in a Human Resources department, an asset- Bilingualism: English and French _(Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)_- Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculum-
- Options include Canadian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid open work permit
