**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of both outdoor and indoor IT infrastructures at terminals such as networking, kiosks, and cameras.
- Effective management of service calls, ensuring rigorous follow-up until complete resolution.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems across all equipment managed by the IT department.
- Completing any other related tasks assigned by supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in computer support or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical role, with a strong emphasis on hands-on and industrial experience.
- Flexibility to adapt work schedules based on operational needs, including day and evening shifts.
- Valid and current driver’s license.
- Ability to work effectively at heights without vertigo.
- French is mandatory, but an advanced proficiency in English is also required due to the international nature of the company and the need to interact with international clients and partners, as well as to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a strong focus on preventive management.
- Proven expertise in manual handling and repair of equipment.
- Willingness to work primarily outdoors in various environmental conditions.
- Resilience and efficiency under pressure to maintain operations continuity.
- Independence and ability to innovate in problem-solving.
- Customer service experience, considered a major asset.
