**Voss Contracting & Consulting is a CWB Division 2 certified company and is looking for a CWB Welding Supervisor to uphold our standards.**

**You will monitor the quality of work, ensure compliance and enforce company procedures and policies, and address maintenance issues while working as a Welder. This is a working position. **Experienced in structural field welding is required.**

**Must pass pre-employment alcohol and drug test.**

Need to be able assist with pile driving operations and pile splicing preparation as well as be able to weld with mínimal to no defects and in a reasonable time frame. Work hours will vary between 8-12 hour days and 5 to 6 days a week as required.

Overtime after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. Straight overtime on Saturdays with double time after 8 hours. Straight double time on Sundays. Meal allowance, and bonus hour for any shift exceeding 10 hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Ensure a quality product is consistently produced**
- **Follow and give instruction**
- **Ensure all daily set up, change over, quality, tool and safety inspections are completed**
- **Maintain material/workflow through the facility**
- **Monitor safety policies**
- **Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times**
- **Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and available for use when required**
- **Ensure all stations are producing product to the company’s quality standards**
- **Monitor tidiness of the workstations and machines**
- **Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities**
- **Address conflicts of interest and provide solutions**
- **Assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment**
- **Attend and participate in regular production and safety meetings**

**Salary**: $50.00 per hour
