M2 Learning is a tutoring service for all grade levels looking to pursue educational success. Our services are designed to tailor various learning styles and offer additional support to students in primary, secondary and college level. We offer English as a Second Language (ESL), English Language Arts (ELA), Math & Science and admissions support in the Montreal area to Chinese communities. Founded in 2017, we are proud to share that our students have gone on to attend Ivy league schools and compete at the highest levels of Nationwide competitions.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver lessons on Physics topics based on resources provided.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of each student.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and collaboration of 4-8 students per group.
- Provide support and feedback to students regarding their progress.
- Correct all assignments and review assigned homework questions.
- Attend bi-weekly prep meetings with our organization to discuss your student's progress.
- Assist with all other duties related to tutoring.

**Requirements**:

- A background in Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring at the middle school, high school, or college level.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Speaking French or Mandarin is an asset.
- English is mandatory.

**Hours**:8 - 15 hours weekly (part-time contract)

**Location**: Côte-des-Neiges, Montreal

**Salary**:Starting at 32$ per hour

**Format**:Online and in-person

**Summer Schedule**:

- Tuesdays & Thursdays online 9AM-11AM
- Mondays & Wednesdays 3PM-5PM
- Weekends optional
