Position Overview:
The Medical Administrator in our newly renovated dermatology clinic plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the clinic by providing administrative support to healthcare professionals.

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We prioritize team players with a friendly and positive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and processing referrals to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to manage appointment schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and secure medical records in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Process billing and insurance claims, and ensure timely payment of invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or certificate in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in a medical or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Accuro EMR is an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:

Starting hourly rate from $25/hour with opportunity for bonuses based on performance. Can earn up to $30/hr. Unfortunately, no benefits provided at this time.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
