**_Responsibilities_**
- Provide customer service via telephone and written correspondence
- _Ensure customer problems are resolved satisfactorily_
- _Maintain professional relationship with insures to maximize new business growth and retention opportunities_
- _Interfaces with all departments & divisions_
- _Will work closely with Producers_
- _Follow internal workflow_
- _Identify upsell/cross opportunities, explain and recommend to clients_
- _Claims reporting on behalf of the client including follow ups to ensure service excellence_
- _Recognizing changes in trends, issues, company policies and their potential impacts_
**_Requirements_**
- RIBO Licensed
- _2 years of Personal Lines insurance experience_
- _High level of customer relations and interpersonal skills_
- _High level of communications with customers and co-workers_
- _Problem solving skills_
- _Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency to achieve objectives within deadlines_
- _Must be patient and able to remain calm in stressful situations_
- _Organizational skills, able to multitask_
- _Outgoing and pleasant phone personality a must_
- _Able to follow tasks to completion with mínimal supervision_
- _Proficient with keal, compu quote and company portals is an asset_Thank you for your interest Please note we will only be contacting those we wish to interview

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
