Have an authentic knack for connecting with people and an eye for decorating and design? Are you physically fit and able to help move heavy furniture around when needed?
We’re looking for an experienced, honest, flexible sales person who can offer great customer service from the beginning of the sale to the follow through after delivery. Also, this is a dynamic job in a small business where a person will 'wear many hats' and help out as needed in many areas of the store, including merchandising, furniture assembly, housekeeping, and some paperwork.
Previous experience in Furniture and/ or Appliance sales is great, however not a requirement. You're able to be on your feet for a good part of the day, and aren't afraid to pitch in where needed.
Pay is an hourly rate based on experience, plus commission incentives. It'll start out as part time, and could lead to full time. Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
We’re a family owned and operated furniture store and our business is growing and evolving. We're a team of individuals that's as much family as they are staff. It's a challenging position as we're a small organization who is not deeply systems based, but you can get out of it what you put into it, and there are opportunities for learning and growth.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
