City Centre Properties is a distinguished and reputable Halifax-based property management company, currently seeking a **Maintenance Supply Driver.** This position is well suited for an individual with good time management and customer service skills to perform delivery tasks in a resourceful and professional manner, as well as to perform various maintenance duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate company vehicle for the delivery of mail, supplies, products and material.
- Delivering a wide variety of items including, but not limited to, cleaning supplies, furniture, salt, paint, etc. to assigned location.
- Delivery, installation and removal of appliances.
- Delivery and return of equipment to be repaired.
- Following a route and time schedule set by Operations Manager.
- Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle while taking necessary safety precautions.
- Keep vehicle and associated equipment tidy and in good working order.
- Perform various equipment maintenance and service duties when not driving.
- Effectively communicates with tenants, co-workers and management.
- Conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Ability to lift 50+ lbs is required**_
