**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at k-eCommerce.

**What will your main responsibilities look like?**

In this role, you will be led to:

- Prepare estimates and critical paths to meet objectives, deadlines, budget and quality deliverables.
- Document clients’ requirements to obtain their approval.
- Identify and manage all project dependencies, mitigate risks and plan contingency measures.
- Coordinate with development, quality assurance (QA) and support teams to ensure that clients’ requirements and delivery deadlines are clearly defined.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to properly manage the client relationship and deliverable expectations.
- Review the client’s solution for completeness, usability and compliance with requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training to our clients.

**What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?**

You have:

- Experience in project management.
- Experience within software as a service (SaaS) company.
- Experience with clients’ integration.
- Strong listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Experience as a business analyst in the field of enterprise solutions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in research and documentation.
- Confidence and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Extensive experience of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- University degree in software development and/or project management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business Analysis in a software environment.
