City View Systems Inc. is a professional home and building services provider, specializing in window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning throughout the Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond areas.

Position Overview

Position: Lead Technician

, Permanent

Compensation
- Base salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
- Incentive bonus of $2.00 an hour for productivity, safety, quality work & professionalism.
- 10% commission on on-site upsells
- $20 for every 5-star Google review received
- Tips from customers
- Earning potential up to $36+ per hour
- Get higher earning potential with piece work & flat rate jobs once you demonstrate you can consistently complete all job requirements.

Schedule
- 8-9 hour shifts
- 4 to 5 days a week
- Monday to Friday + ability to work at least 2 weekend days per month.
- Weekends during busy seasons

We are looking for a positive individual with excellent customer service and communication skills who enjoys working outdoors is all weather among a supportive team.

Ladders 24 and 32 feet high, gas pressure washers or small engines, working with tucker or vacuum poles, power tools. And has experience setting up and using fall protection, walking on roofs, working without distraction and can focus and interested in continuing to develop stills and abilities that align with our shared goals and is open to ongoing training provided by City View Systems Inc. Individuals who demonstrate high skills may also qualify to be trained for our highrise team.

Skills and Requirements

- At least 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Comfort with heights and working in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical work, including bending, lifting, and handling tools

- Friendly personality and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Strong work ethic; highly dependable
- Valid driver’s license & clean abstract
- Valid work permit or SIN number

Key Duties
- Window washing, gutter cleaning, moss removal, soft washing, and pressure washing
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Organization and management of equipment, including a large Transit 250 Van
- Planning and overseeing job sites to completion
- Navigating the CRM to access job details and communicate with customers

Compensation Details

, Permanent
- Pay: $28-37.00 per hour
- Additional pay opportunities: bonuses, commission, tips

Expected Hours
- 30-40 hours per week
