**_The Role:_**
As the Customer Service Support/Order Entry, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service with client issues and concerns. You will also be responsible for answering questions with respect to pricing, products, and the status of orders. You will be recording all concerns into our customer relationship database so that we can continuously improve. You will also be providing accurate data entry skills as you enter customer orders into our order management system, send sales order confirmations, and follow-up on any missing information for the orders.
You will report to the management and production team about client relations and complete additional tasks as requested.

That’s you You have a minimum of two years of customer service or office administration in the manufacturing industry. You have a strong attention to detail with a high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn and adapt to new software.
You possess the ability to work in a team environment and have a great work ethic. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication abilities with your effective written, listening, and organizational skills. You are not afraid to address difficult issues to improve performance while you establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met. With your passion for helping customers with a demonstrated ability to listen and be proactive in resolving concerns, this job is perfect for you

This is a full-time, permanent position based in beautiful East York, Ontario. You’ll enjoy significant growth in both responsibility and total rewards. You’ll work 8-hour days within standard business hours in this entrepreneurial role.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
