**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare construction estimates and manage procurement of materials.
- Lead team meetings to communicate project goals, timelines, and updates effectively.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, and quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is essential.

Pay: $32.45-$40.00 per hour
