Manager, Customer Marketing

We're currently looking to hire a Manager, Customer Marketing.
**What You Will Get to Do**:
- Contribute to the execution of the company’s long-term plan (LTP) within the Marketing and Product Development department.
- Responsible for developing and managing multiple project timelines that are created in partnership with multiple departments. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
- Continually communicate the status of each assigned project to all project participants and stakeholders.
- Develop new processes and use best practices surrounding project management within the Company.
- Lead in the creation of process maps regarding larger projects within the Kits division of the Company.
- Responsible for minimizing risks on project through day-to-day management of operational aspects of project and scope.
- Manage resourcing requirements and prioritizes key projects and sequencing.
- Working with project team members, prepare and present business reviews and project plans for multiple categories.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems and coordinate project teams consisting of functional area staff when necessary relative to the project scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks, duties and responsibilities to project personnel and monitor performance.
- Assist Senior leadership with leading large projects from start to finish (identifying shopper behavior to change - concepting/ideation - activation planning - execution - recap/reporting)
- Responsible for setting team standards, building relationships with cross functional teams.
**Recipe for Success**:
- Completion of a university degree in Marketing or Business with a minimum of 5 years’ project manager experience
- Previous marketing experience within the Food Manufacturing industry
- Project management with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Solid understanding of urgency in responding to internal (other departments) and external (suppliers, agencies, customers) partners

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with clear communications (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing demands
- A self-starter with the ability to identify projects, solutions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of business concepts (eg. Sales funnels, ROI, Seasonality, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work strategically, tactically, and operationally, independently or as part of a team
- Assisting with the marketing budget, ensuring all purchases are approved and are within the outlined budget
- Creating cut edge innovation to be the leader in Give & Go brands
- Cross functional stakeholder management and project management discipline
- Projects are completed in alignment with expected deadlines
