**Job Summary**
We are seeking an energetic, motivated self-starter to focus on Geotab sales within Atlantic Canada. As a Geotab Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling and maintaining your own Geotab solutions throughout the region, which includes maintaining all of the existing Geotab client accounts within the company, and developing a new customer base. You must be able to work independently and reside in Atlantic Canada, as travel throughout the region will be required.

**Duties**
- Identify, proactively screen, and prospect new and existing opportunities, working through to final negotiations and contract signing.
- Prepare effectively for client meetings and respond to proposals within your territory/account base.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners to support the delivery of customer expectations.
- Leverage established networks, local chambers of commerce activities, expositions, customer seminars, and tradeshows to build and develop sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed a sales quota focused on growth services.
- Maintain real-time accuracy of information in the CRM through effective “funnel management.”
- Perform daily and weekly targeted, unsolicited calling.
**Skills and Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for engaging with certain provinces.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques is highly desirable.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Motor vehicle record checks and background checks are part of the hiring process.
