About the Role
As a member of the Traffic Control Team, we are looking for a dedicated and observant Flagger that will be responsible for the flow of the traffic around the construction sites. This role will also be responsible for the execution of the Traffic Management Plans within and surrounding construction zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect the safety of the work crew and the public by directing motor and pedestrian traffic;
- Prepare and set-up all traffic plans and lane closures, including appropriately positioning warning and detour signs around construction sites;
- Informing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing deliveries;
- Adhere to all Axiom Builders Health and Safety policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, PPE and clothing appropriate for the elements;
- Assist in the professional response of public complaints.

What You Bring
Skills and Experience
- At least two (2) years of previous experience in flagging or traffic control;
- Valid Traffic Control Person certification;
- Excellent observation and communication skills;
- Level 1 First Aid certificate.
