**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities
- Pick-up, sorting and distribution of daily incoming mail
- Pick-up, sorting and coordination of daily outgoing mail / courier packages
- Monitor and replenish printer supplies
- Monitor printer functionality and handle the coordination of vendor repairs
- Courier preparation - waybill creation, tracking of packages, contacting vendor to resolve issues related shipment delays
- Liaising with external vendors (Fedex, UPS, Canada Post, Local Couriers, Xerox, Staples)
- Document management support, both electronic and physical
- On-site office closure and emergency support
- Coordinating daily support services with the internal Operational Support team
- Maintain online database for Business Center team detailing additional resources, contact information and best practices
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Stocking basic kitchen supplies
- Assist with other administrative tasks or project based work, as required.
**Qualifications**:
Education and Professional Certification
- High school diploma required. A post-secondary education is an asset
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of related experience in a similar role, business support service center, printing services industry within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience working with large industrial printers
- Ability to follow processes and procedures safely and accurately
- Experience with Google suite of products is an asset.

- This position follows straightforward guidelines and established practices, major issues are deferred to the team lead or manager to resolve
