**Chief Compliance Officer (Toronto, Canada)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act in official capacity as CAMLO for the Firm
- Diagnose and recommend enhancement possibility for business risk and compliance issue, and monitor daily operations and complaint reports;
- Daily review the client account opening records and client activities to ensure meeting the KYC procedures. Monitor the funds transfers as per client instruction and maintain proper segregation of client’s funds;
- Review and deliver compliance related training programs and contents to employees.
- Undertake ad hoc designated assignment.

**Requirements**:

- University degree holder with 8+ years compliance experience in financial services industry, foreign exchange, remittance industry is an asset;
- Completion of the Chief Compliance Officer qualifying examination;
- Well-versed knowledge of regulations and ordinances of local regulatory authority, AML/ATF requirements;
- Integrity and high value of fiduciary responsibilities;
- Well-organized, good initiative, sound judgement with a detailed and analytical mind;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
