**Analyst/Associate Consultant** **US Financial Consulting Group - Montreal** Richter Consulting, Inc. Our clients call upon our experienced professionals to provide our expertise in Business Assessment, Cashflow Forecasting, Financial Reorganization/Profitability Improvement, Crisis Management, Transaction Advisory and Asset-Based Lending Diligence, among other services. **A Career with a High Rate of Return**: **What’s in it for you?** - Experience in a specialized consulting practice - A chance to work directly with experienced Partners - An opportunity to travel periodically to large cities across the USA **Position overview**: You will work within a multidisciplinary team of > 20 professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements. We work with leverage lenders, private equity firms, and major banks regarding their portfolio companies/investments. Our consulting deals include business and operational assessments, profitability improvement, liquidity management, pre-funding diligence, and the formulation of strategic alternatives. Our team delivers consulting services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, etc.) experiencing challenges arising from over-leverage, liquidity problems, under-performance, or other business transitional/operating issues. **A day in the life of an Analyst/Associate**: - Support the assessment of business plans, financial projections, and drivers; - Perform industry and company research; - Synthesize meaningful insights from large sets of data; - Contribute in the preparation of reports to clients with a strong commitment to quality; - Build strong internal relationships with members of our team; - Willing to travel (~ 10% - 20%). **Must haves**: - CPA designation - 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint **What we are looking for**: - Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses and ability to link findings to strategy; - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; - Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment and desire to develop new skills; - Ability to collaborate with client personnel and other professionals; - Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills; - A positive and energetic attitude; - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment among driven professionals. **What Richter offers you?** Our Montreal office is conveniently located on McGill College.
