**Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor Job Description**:

- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Anticipate and address guest needs and provide assistance as required.
- Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Make reservations over the phone and in person.
- Post charges, collect payments and maintain guest accounts.
- Manage cash float.
- Liaison with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing.
- Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports.
- Balance and close all bank ticket codes, daily.
- Run night audit final after ensuring all revenues are in balance nightly.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or department manager

**Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor Job Requirements**:

- A true passion for customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Hotel experience an asset, customer service experience a must.
- Highly organized and results oriented individual.
- Strong attention to details.
- Must be available to work the overnight shift.
- Able to work well in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Able to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
