**We are currently seeking an Light Duty Tire Technician.**

**$1000 signing bonus available**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Tire Technician Specific Skills**:

- Tire Repairs - responsible for determining the best method of repair and then completing the task or making recommendations for replacement/warranty if warranted
- Installation - perform installation and proper balancing of newly installed tires ensuring that all check-points have been covered such as proper inflation, rotation, etc.
- Rotation - ensure proper rotation of tires, documenting of rotation for future reference

**Additional Skills**:

- 2+ years previous Tire Technician experience required
- Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned
- Willingness to learn / participate in training programs as provided
- Effective problem-solving and leadership skills
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities on a daily basis
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using digital technology & electronic communication methods
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to +50 lbs
- Must be available to work full-time, plus overtime when required
- Must possess a current, valid G driver’s license

Must be able to read and write English.

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
