**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **HACCP Coordinator,** we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Lead the implementation and on-going management of the HACCP food safety system
- Regularly interact with associates and the operations leadership team
- Communicate continuous improvement opportunities based on data collected through the HACCP system
- Provide food safety training
- Liaison with Public Health inspector
- Support all 3rd party audits
- Support local Compass units AD Hoc (training and audits)
- Other duties as assigned

- Post-secondary education in required in Food Science or related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in the food service industry in a food safety and HACCP related role
- HACCP Certification (HACCP I & II courses)
- Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
- Creative problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication and decision-making skills
- Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers and end users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows
