System Analyst

We are hiring a one Full Time, Permanent **Systems Analyst **position in Edmonton, AB

**What you’d be responsible for**
- Ensure the delivery of optimal results against appropriate performance metrics.
- Incident Delivery and Responsiveness
- Delivery on Change Request estimations
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- System Availability
- Finalization of business requirements with stakeholders and conversion of business requirements to functional & non-functional requirements
- Functional design, solution walkthrough, configuration and unit testing
- Facilitate code changes, IST and UAT testing and process documentation
- Assist with the completion of Transition to Operations reviews and checklists
- Evaluate and recommend the development and/or testing tools. Coordinate testing and deployment of patches and hotfixes for development and/or testing tools
- Provide Expert advice on the SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing area to Operational and Project teams as required
- Work with customers and peers the gathering requirements, provide feedback, and exchange ideas
- Communicate with vendors and external support organizations for the purposes of information gathering and issue resolution
- Demonstrate a high performance, high discipline, safe, accountable, focused, innovative, and achievement-oriented, easy to do business with the manner of working

**What’s required to be successful**
- A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Technology and/or Management Information Systems diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing module is a must
- Strong knowledge on integration of SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing with SAP ISU Device management and SAP ISU FICA
- Good exposure to functional skills in the following areas is preferred
- SAP ISU Device Management
- SAP Plant Maintenance
- Print Work bench and Open Text integration with SAP
- ABAP coding and debugging
- Good understanding of S4/HAHA systems
- Demonstrated capability to design, develop and unit test ISU Billing solutions
- Knowledge of utility retail business operation in a deregulated market
- Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate with others in a matrix organization
