In order to support the growth of the company, Digreen Homes Inc. is in the hiring process to expand its current team.
- Conduct research prior to writing proposals and contracts
- Initiate bidding processes for multiple contracts
- Writing and sending requests for proposals to potential vendors
- Drafting responses to contract bids, negotiations, and proposals
- Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts
- Review plans, drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
- Manage paperwork related to contracts
- Monitor the performance of each contract
- Ensure the contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Identify potential improvements to existing contracts
- Prepares reports on the status of contracts for management review
- Maintain liaison with the site staff and trades to ensure timely completion of projects
- Verify invoices against contracts in place and the works in place on site
- Track project budgets and ensure that tight deadlines are set and satisfied

**Additional Skills**
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2007 is an asset
- PMP Certification considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Project Manager role in the residential construction industry in the GTA
- Estimating is an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A problem-solving approach is an asset
- Highly efficient and effective in working in an individual as well as team environment
- Ability to handle a high level of responsibility
- Time management skills, able to prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous working experience with contract regulation and related laws is strongly preferred
- Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation, and judgment skills
