**Full Job Description**

LiveActive Sport Medicine is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropodist/Podiatrist to join its location in downtown Toronto. Located at Yonge and King, LiveActive focuses on providing quality care to an athletic patient population of all ages, with a strong emphasis on the running community. LiveActive has teamed up with Instride Podiatry, an establish and mature chiropody clinic, and we are now expanding together.

**We are seeking a Chiropodist who is**:

- Interested in establishing a stable part-time patient base for two days a week
- Interested in providing an evidence based approach to care
- Open to collaborating with a variety of medical disciplines to improve patient outcomes including sport medicine doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists and more
- Open to participating in marketing initiatives of a rapidly growing clinic

**Requirements**:

- Full scope of practice Chiropody according to the standards of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
- Providing patient care including and not limited to nail and callous care, wart treatments, treating chronic and acute wounds, performing soft tissue surgeries, biomechanical and gait analysis for offloading purposes.
- Collaborating with an inter-professional team including Sport Medicine Physicians, Chiropodists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and more.
- Ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are all well maintained
- Providing foot education to patients and other local professionals
- Networking with community physicians

LiveActive Sport Medicine is a multidisciplinary clinic with three locations. Founded in 2013, LiveActive started with a small group of dedicated health professionals and we have grown to team of 25 clinicians and expanded to open a third location. In 2022, LiveActive teamed up with Instride, a podiatry clinic, to launch its newest clinic in the downtown core. With a focus on providing quality care and an exceptional patient experience, LiveActive has established itself within the Etobicoke, Beaches, and Downtown communities. Partnerships with local sport organizations and family medical groups offer numerous opportunities to engage with our diverse and athletic focused patient populations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $105.00-$117.00 per hour
