We are looking for an energetic Client Care Agent - Service to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team. When customers come to Mercedes-Benz Burlington, they look to us to provide unmatched customer care and a lifestyle experience that’s second to none. What you will do:

- Answer inbound service phone calls with the intent to provide excellent customer service
- Create a seamless customer experience by assisting clients with all necessary requirements to book a service appointment
- Ensure appropriate documentation of all customer related questions, requests and leads
- Act as an Mercedes-Benz Burlington Ambassador in all interactions

At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.

What you will bring to the role:

- A proven track record of superb teamwork
- A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect.
- You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts

Required experience & education:

- Hospitality experience preferred
- High school or equivalent
