Optical Lab Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Optical Technician to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Able to verify Single Vision, Multi-focal, and Progressive lenses using Lensometer.
- Operate Lens edger, touch off lenses, size lenses, insert lenses into various frame mounts and material.
- To finish the edging process precisely with our high quality prescription lenses and frames.
- We offer training section for our edging machine.

Competencies:

- Fluent in English
- Answer phone calls / greet customers in a professional manner if required
- Basic computer skills
- Fast learner, must follow work instructions
- Organized & understand priorities
- Flexible to work at various tasks
- Lifting 5 - 8kg
- Attention to details
- Other duties as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Optical lab edging: 1 year (preferred)
