Dock Lead Hand

Wesbell Logistics is seeking an Dock Lead Hand. This position will be responsible for overseeing all shipping and receiving functions and inventory control and promotes a safe work environment as well as the need to prioritize work schedules to meet goals.
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- Check dealer codes when unloading line haul to make sure dealers are loaded on proper delivery routes.
- Handle product as to not damage any part.
- Verify piece counts and scan all outbound delivery parts onto the delivery route truck.
- Overseeing the activities of the Shipper Receivers
**Education (Theoretical Training)**:
- High School/ GED
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience
**Job Requirements & Experiences**:
- Have a Forklift Certification
- Have a good understanding of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be a team player and possess a positive and professional attitude towards work and others
- Fluent in English written and oral
