**Your Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Timesheet and Expense Review**:_
- Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Audit and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to expense guidelines.
- Address discrepancies or missing information with employees or managers promptly.
- **Project Accounting**:_
- Assist with tracking project budgets, billable hours, and financial performance.
- Maintain and update project financial records in the accounting system.
- Support project managers with financial data to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Invoicing**:_
- Create and issue accurate sales invoices based on project work and client contracts.
- Ensure invoices align with contract terms, approved timesheets, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
- **Financial Recordkeeping**:_
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reports.
- **General Support**:_
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external clients regarding financial matters.

**Must Haves**
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in an accounting clerk, or a similar role
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
**Nice To Have**
- B.B.A. or B.Comm from an accredited university.
- Experience working within an ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV preferred).
- Experience working in the professional services industry.
- Communication skills in German, Arabic, or Thai

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
