The Communications Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to execute internal communications strategies, provide assistance for special events and projects, support our storytelling initiatives, and create content to support programs across Goodwill. This role will play an important role in fulfilling Goodwill’s organizational mission by effectively communicating the organization's impact, news, stories, and information to internal and external stakeholders.

**What You Will Do**
- Help support key organizational communications (leadership, job postings, news, announcements, etc.).
- Support projects and teams with communications strategies, materials and presentations to share our Mission and work in the community.
- Assist Mission programs with communications strategies, materials, and editing to ensure consistency with Goodwill's branding.
- Maintain and update website content.
- Participate in communications strategy meetings - offer feedback regarding current tactics and their impact, and explore new ways to communicate more effectively.
- Support omni-channel storytelling internally and externally.
- Assist with the tracking and measuring of KPIs.
- Provide administrative support the Marketing and Communications team when required.
