Coquitlam, Canada Vancouver Golf Club Full time

The dishwasher washes and stores all dishes, trays, eating and cooking utensils, cups and small equipment. The dishwasher maintains the dishwashing area, dish machine, all floors in kitchen, garbage disposal and anything chef or sous chef requests including prep and or cleaning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sets up and breaks down the dish machine including all removable internal parts
- Cleans and polishes the outside of the dish machine thoroughly and cleans the interior completely, including removing any paper and hosing down the wash chamber.
- Washes all dishes, trays, utensils, cups, banquet dishes, small equipment, prep equipment and stores them in their proper places in a timely manner.
- Wash all cutleries and assist waiters to sort on a regular basis (At least once per hour)
- Remove all trash from the kitchen and place in Dumpster outside and clean and sanitize the garbage containers.
- Cleans outside loading bay area, removes and breaks down boxes, stacks crates and hose down area.
- Maintains the neatness and cleanliness of the dish washing and pot sink areas, detergent storage area
- Keep all dunnage racks and banquet equipment clean, polished and neatly organized.
- Ensures all floors, fridge’s and freezer are regularly cleaned. Keep walkways clear.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by management

**$16.77/hour plus medical, dental, pension and gratuities.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to work weekends and nights
