The Tudor House Liquor Store is a world class building located within the heart of Esquimalt. We have been nominated for numerous awards and recently won the award for retail excellence. Our store is known for having one of the biggest and best selections on the Island and within BC. We strive to provide friendly customer service and a positive work environment for all staff.

**Position Details**:

- Permanent, Full time or Part time. Weekends and night shifts (3:15- 11:15 pm) are a must.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working retail and or hospitality
- WSET Certifications
- First Aid
- Drivers License, we provide the delivery vehicle
- Needs to be able to work holidays such as Christmas and New Years

**Skills Required**:

- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Must be able to lift 35lbs

**Responsibilities**:
**-**Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations on liquor offerings.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Adhere to Serving It Right guidelines and safety protocols, ensuring a responsible shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Complete deliveries to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
