- Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client's business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that technology solutions can be determined.
- Assist with the development of strategies and preparation business cases, for business IT initiatives.
- Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
- Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
- Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
- Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, Application subsystems.
- Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within Application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
- Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
- Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
- Monitor progress, resolve problems and report regularly to IT management and clients' decision makers.
- Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up.
- Use appropriate tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.
- Conduct and document JAD sessions.
- Maintain awareness of emerging IT trends and technologies.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst within the last 10 years.
- 3+ years experience working with Power Platform (Canvas app and Power Automate).
- 3+ years experience working with SPO (SPO lists).
- 3+ years experience working with Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Previous experience with Modernizing Business Applications would be an asset.
- Must be fluently bilingual (spoken and written) in both English and French.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
