Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately through Microsoft 365.
- Schedule appointments in Jane Booking software
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Knowledge and experience with direct billing to insurance providers.
- Responsible for keeping up with clinic laundry. We all do it as a team.
- Key holder position.
Hours Required:
Monday 3pm to 8pm
Tuesday 3pm to 8pm
2 Sundays per month 10am to 5pm.
Potential for additional hours as needed.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft 365.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Jane Software
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role is preferred.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
