**Essential Skills**: BSA with 8 years of domain Expertise Strong experience in cards and payments systems, including card issuing, merchant acquiring, and payment processing.Familiarity with PCI DSS standards, particularly PCI DSS 4.0.Banking and Financial Services Experience with a focus on payment systems and compliance.Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses of complex systems and processes.Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and gap analyses.Experience working on compliance-driven projects in a time-sensitive environment.Familiarity with integration touchpoints between card systems and core banking systems.
**Desirable Skills**: Nice-to-have CBAP / CFA / CSC certification BigData Hadoop, Data Lakes experience
