We are looking for a skilled and dependable Roofer/Carpenter to join our growing team. You will be working on a variety of projects, from detailed residential carpentry to large-scale commercial roofing. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, precision, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain roofs (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, decking, and finish work
- Operate power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Collaborate with team members and lead when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing and/or carpentry
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership potential is a strong asset
- Must be able to work on-site, including at heights and in various weather conditions
