We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as **Customer Experience Specialists**. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients’ businesses, providing prompt, friendly, and accurate responses to inbound calls, messages, and inquiries. Your work will ensure our clients deliver exceptional service and create lasting positive impressions with their customers. **Responsibilities**: - Answer inbound calls, web chats, and social media messages promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information, take messages, and direct inquiries as needed. - Manage multiple communication platforms simultaneously with efficiency. - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling customer inquiries. - Accurately document call details and customer interactions in our systems. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex inquiries. - Uphold company quality standards and meet performance metrics. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Pay: From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Work from home Schedule: - 4 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Weekends as needed - Weekends only Application question(s): - Do you have a computer/high-speed internet/ quiet place to work -> away from Children and pets **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Call center: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (required) **Language**: - Spanish (preferred) Work Location: Remote
