**What’s the role?**
This role involves working with our leadership team daily to support the organization as it grows. This position serves as an initial stepping stone toward more advanced Advisory and Delivery roles in the near future.
**A typical day for the Business Manager includes**
- Overseeing corporate and client events, such as town halls, conferences, and seminars.
- Directing marketing efforts, including social media, thought leadership, and narrative development.
- Handling financial responsibilities, like accounts receivable, accounts payable, and statements of work.
- Supervising operations with reporting across delivery, finance, people/culture, and sales.
- Spearheading and coordinating strategic initiatives for the leadership team.
- Facilitating meeting arrangements for individuals and teams.
- Adapting to needs that may arise as we work together
**Sounds great, but do my skills fit the role?**
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role.
- Experience in managing corporate events and marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- A passion for learning new skills and growing to take on new responsibilities as needed.
