**Hours: Monday-Sunday Night Shift - 10:00 pm - 2:00 am (possibly to 6am if required)**

**Job Title**:Parking Ambassador

**Reporting To**:Supervisors and Operations Manager

The Parking Ambassador is responsible for the front-line customer service to all internal and external customers of Calgary Park and Jet.

**Key Tasks of the Role**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operational duties, including shuttle bus dispatch, answering and directing phone inquiries, payment processing, and customer resolutions.
- Verify and sign-off on the cash reporting after each shift.
- Ensure customers are parking as directed. You will follow the designated zone parking plan.
- Ensure all parking equipment is functioning properly.
- Work effectively as a team and cooperate with all co-workers.
- Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area in order to answer questions and provide helpful information to our staff and customers.
- You will be required to drive the maintenance truck in order to provide customers a battery boost service as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform additional duties and assist in the coordination of special projects as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in parking or retail.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Drivers License.
- Knowledge of basic math.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, in all elements of weather.
- Ability to promptly follow directions from management and be able to verbally communicate in the English language.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
