**Responsibilities**:
A café supervisor oversees all aspects of a café's operations. This includes: selling food and drinks, hiring and scheduling staff, and maintaining inventory. The supervisor supports in the hiring, training, managing, and overseeing the café staff to ensure customers receive the highest level of satisfaction and product quality possible and leads by being a hands-on example at all times.

- Master the art of beverage preparation.
- Foster a good working environment.
- Welcome and encourage new staff members and act as a role model.
- Assist in training, supervising, and supporting staff.
- Maintain cleanliness in the coffee house at all times.
- Conduct daily cash handling duties accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Place and verify vendor orders.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Adequately preparing staff schedule.
- Ensuring employee are following good safety and sanitation practice.
- Enforcing dress code and store policies.
- Build relationship with head office
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Must have hospitality, retail and sales experience (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to coach and mentor a team
- Must be able to physically complete the job (eg. lift 10lb boxes, stand on feet for long period of time)
- Must be able to work flexible shifts as business demands
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Exceptional level of communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
