**Position Overview**: *
We are looking for a full-time permanent Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based out of our Markham, ON office. In this role you will support the ordering and management of inventory for network construction and sparing. You will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Produce and release Purchase Orders in SAP for network materials.
- Process material orders, transfers, returns, and disposals in field inventory (vans and storage locations)
- Track, expedite and report inbound shipments from vendors.
- Update material information in ERP system (SAP).
- Prepare and distribute reports on order and inventory status.
- 2+ years post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years in a Supply Chain role, with focus on material procurement a plus
- 2 to 4 years in telecom industry or ISP sector a plus
- Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs
- Ability to process and report large volumes of detailed data
- Experience with ERP software a plus, SAP preferred.
- Knowledge of fixed wireless or cellular technology a plus, including RAN, backhaul and networking equipment.
