**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and production targets are met.
- Identify disruptions or delays and adjust schedules as necessary to address.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to maintain optimal stock for production
- Manage the production team, providing guidance and support to promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production lines to identify areas for improvement.
- Work jointly with programming, project managers, and production teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in company projects and growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of production planning and control methodologies.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Compensation based on applicable experience**

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
