**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to all operations managers on human resources management issues by promoting best practices.
- Manage grievances. Prepare and follow up grievance files and meetings through to settlement or prepare representation for arbitration.
- Participate in various LR-related meetings and committees with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with various collective agreement clauses and processes (reclassifications, job postings, etc.).
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and various operational teams.
- In collaboration with the HR team, communicate and manage change, present procedures and policies, and ensure the dissemination of organizational information related to human resources management to internal clients.
- Work on various special HR-related projects with the LR team.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with concentration in human resources management or industrial relations, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience in the human resources field;
- Experience working for a unionized company;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including excellent command of Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentation techniques;
- Strategic and creative approach
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Interest in process improvement and optimization (asset)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work and interact with people at different hierarchical levels, including the union;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
- Experience in project coordination
- Professional rigor;
- Discretion and ability to protect confidentiality.
- Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of their duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases;
- Experience in CNESST file management (an asset)
