**Part-Time Grader/Tutor - Kumon Math & Reading Centre (Park & Tilford, North Vancouver)**

**Job Requirements**:
We are seeking someone who is:
✔ **Proficient in Math and English up to a Grade 12 level** (A short assessment may be required)
✔ **Currently working at a Kumon Centre or has previous experience with Kumon (as a student or employee)**

✔ A **Canadian citizen** or has a **valid work permit**
✔ **Reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with children**
✔ **Able to commit for at least a year with a firm job hours**

**Preferred but not required**:

- Being a previous or current **Kumon Employee** is an asset.
- Strong understanding of the **Kumon Method and curriculum**:

- Experience grading and tutoring students using Kumon materials
- Administrative experience (filing, data entry, tracking student progress)
- Customer service or communication skills

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Grade students’ work** efficiently using Kumon answer books
- **Guide students** through corrections and help them stay on task
- **Assist younger students** with early reading and math skills
- **Monitor student progress** and identify areas needing improvement
- **Communicate with parents** when necessary regarding student progress
- **Classroom setup & cleanup** before and after sessions
- **Enter student scores** into our database after class
- **Answer phone calls** during class hours

**Work Schedule**:
**Shift**: 3:20 PM ~ 7:30 PM (Start time is firm; end time may vary based on workload)
