The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for booking and overseeing mainly corporate functions to ensure effective & efficient operations and to maintain client satisfaction. The Corporate Sales Manager is to always strive for new business as well as maintain client relationships for repeat business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales**:

- Book all corporate events at the facility (meetings, tradeshows, seminars, galas, holiday parties) and social events as needed
- Contact & meet directly with clients to discuss their events & prepare notes to begin the booking process and finalize details come time for event execution
- Create contracts in Caterease for upcoming events
- Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in Caterease for Kitchen, Banquet, & Setup Staff and update them as changes come in to ensure all departments have the most up to date information
- Work closely with the Kitchen and Banquet departments to ensure accurate information is transferred.
- Review and edit BEOs weekly to ensure all information is detailed. Also issue updates to required departments when client changes are made.
- Create & send floorplans to clients as per request (as well as for setup staff)
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents as required
- Ensure all outside equipment and rentals are arranged and booked to be on site for day of functions (i.e. Audio/Visual, etc)
- Book and arrange menu tastings if required with the client and kitchen to ensure customer satisfaction (mainly for Galas)
- Attend Weekly BEO meetings with all departments to go over the upcoming weeks functions
- Research Competitors consistently to compare pricing and options

**Marketing**:

- Plan and execute all in house events with the General Manager to ensure maximum revenues
- Maintain social media pages - adding new content, sharing photos and advertising offers and in-house hosted events
- Research appropriate places to advertise and find current rate information
- Be aware of upcoming events (i.e. chamber/board of trade events) that Management should attend to increase awareness in the community and support our local businesses and clients

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
