Fox-Sea Roxy Adventures is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Part-Time Captain to join our team and helm our beautiful 1993 38' Chris Craft Continental

**About the Role**:
As our Part-Time Captain, you'll be responsible for safely operating our vessel for charter cruises, accommodating up to 12 guests. You'll be the face (and capable hands) of Fox-Sea Roxy Adventures, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and, above all, safe experience for everyone on board.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
Safely captaining and maneuvering the 38' Chris Craft Continental.
Coordinating guest boarding and disembarking with a smile.
Delivering engaging and informative safety briefings.
Being prepared to administer first aid and including hypothermia protocols when needed.
Leading all required emergency drills, including fire, man-overboard, and abandon-ship procedures.
Completing a thorough pre-departure checklist (30-60 minutes before each charter).
Conducting a post-charter review to ensure the boat is secure at the dock and ready for the next adventure (~30 minutes after each charter).
Maintaining a clean and organized vessel.

**What We're Looking For**:
A valid Transport Canada certification with SVOP, SDB-BS, ROC-M, and Marine First Aid. Please bring your certificates with you every time you captain the boat.
A minimum 1 year of experience captaining similar-sized vessels.
Excellent boat handling and maneuvering skills.
A strong understanding of maritime safety regulations and best practices.
The ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you should be able to entertain and engage with our guests.
A positive, friendly, and responsible attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
