The Terminal Services team is an integral part of the terminal operations at YVR, initiating and delivering improvements to key processes such as customs, check-in, and security. This team is the key relationship holder with several government agencies operating at YVR.

**Position overview**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide expertise in leading and coordinating relevant contractor and ensure that for all contractor’s relevant systems, and equipment are operationally ready.
- Identify, report, and address contractor operational impacts to passenger programs and terminal activities by actively walking terminal to observe contractor activities and provide updates and reports to key stakeholders and executive team on status of service.
- Day-to-day coordination to ensure contract requirements are aligned with process current operational practices and incorporate future needs and provide regular communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote alignment, balance the needs of groups with competing priorities, and integrate operational readiness.
- Support in the establishment and monitoring of contract service levels, KPIs and trigger points using available data sources and tools.
- Responsible for the inventory, tracking, repairs, and ordering of YVR owned contractor assets that support passenger processing and develop YVR owned asset maintenance plan including inventory, labelling, deployment, inspection, replacement of terminal assets.
- Perform regular audits to ensure that defined contract standards are implemented and develop procedure to ensure continuous contract oversight and improvement.

**Key qualifications include**:

- Proven strong analytical abilities to interpret and present complex data from interdependent sources where cause and effect implications require careful assessment.
- Proven ability to formulate decisions often without established guidelines.
- Leadership skills with proven relationship building, facilitation, and negotiation experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proven competency with Microsoft Office 365 programs including SharePoint.
- Strong communication and written communication skills

**Salary Range **:$72,008 to $94,115 per annum, based on 37.5-hour work week. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
