Wedding Sales Representative

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong focus on wedding sales, while maintaining expertise in corporate catering.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships within corporate and wedding catering sectors.
- Conduct client consultations, provide detailed menu options, and negotiate pricing to meet client needs and budgetary requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring all client specifications are accurately documented and executed.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor with all clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, adapting strategies to align with changing goals.
- Actively participate in sales strategy meetings, offering insights and feedback to enhance sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, recommending suitable services, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of target client demographics, identifying their specific needs to deliver customized solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in sales within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong career progression in the catering or hotel industry, demonstrating exceptional sales performance and client management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and intermediate computing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
