Project Coordinator

"In this role you will support a senior project manager in the leadership of projects; Responsibilities will include: - Coordinate regular reporting and review sessions with key stakeholders on status - summarize actions and Minutes of Meetings. - Maintain and update schedules for each phase of the projects, ensure alignment across work streams and with overall program schedules - Advise stakeholders across departments and teams to keep focus on priority tasks; track and help to resolve interdepartmental dependencies - Manage the requirements and assumptions for a large dossier of projects including all contributing data. - Work with Work Stream leaders to manage data and updates; perform data input and analysis for Work Stream Leaders ensuring data is entered correctly and presented in a clear format. - Actively manage project Action registers and Risk registers, providing alerts to assure timely responses and resolutions - Prepare executive summary data in support of management reviews of project progress and health - Manage version control on all project management documentation Capgemini Engineering combines, under one brand, a unique set of strengths from across the Capgemini Group: the world leading engineering and R&D services of Altran - acquired by Capgemini in 2020 - and Capgemini’s digital manufacturing expertise.
