- You have 3 to 5 years of experience managing/administering an LMS (preferably with SuccessFactors LMS or Plateau) in a corporate environment
- You are fluent in English and French (oral and written), Spanish (oral) is an asset
- You have a basic knowledge of HTML. XML (an asset)
- You are a self-starter and a team player with excellent customer service skills
- You have strong analytical and process development skills, as well as project management skills (including identifying and reporting potential issues and/or risks)
- You are familiar with the Office suite and one or more online design tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
- You have knowledge of SCORM or AICC principles to ensure that content packages received are in the correct format for publishing and to maximize LMS reporting functionality
